From 1934 to 1939, he studied art in Bremen and Munich.<BR>After WWII, he moved to Bavaria. Since 1957 he existed and worked in Fischerhude again, and he became very known by his watercolour paintings. In 1974 he opened the Otto-Modersohn-Museum in the Bredenau street.</SPAN></P> </BODY>
