Werner Zöhl He was borne in Stendal in 1926. Already during his grammar school days, his expressionistic paintings caused a stir. After war and captivity, beginning in 1951, he dedicated himself to art at buildings, and he did study trips to Russia and Poland. In 1964, he moved to Fischerhude, and devoted himself to painting.
